Research On Workshop Layout Optimization For H Company

With the rapid development of automobile manufacturing industry,the demands of auto accessories are increasing over time.As production efficiency and production cost are the key factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprises,optimizing the layout of the workshop make it possible to reduce production costs,improve production efficiency,and shorten the manufacturing cycle of products by optimizing the layout of the workshop,at the same time,optimizing the worhshop layout is a work that can be continuously improved.In this paper,the workshop for the production of automobile radiator of H company is taken as the research object,through the analysis of the research about status of the workshop layout design at home and abroad,I adopt the method of systematic layout planning and Arena simulation software to optimize the layout of the production workshop of H company.The main research work of this paper includes:First of all,by analyzing the research status of workshop layout design at home and abroad and comparing the research method of workshop layout,I determined which methods are used to optimize the layout of H company in this paper.Secondly,Analysis the workshop status and production process of H company and determine the division of the production unit,and then come to the conclusion of the problems of current production plant layout.Then,based on the production data of enterprise production management system,use the systematic layout planning method to study the logistics relationship,non-logistics relationship and comprehensive relationship of each work unit in the production workshop based on the production data of enterprise production management system,and then put forward the improvement plan of the layout of the workshop combined with the workshop and equipment unit area.Finally,simulate the production system of the workshop by Arena simulation software,verifying the rationality and effectiveness of the optimization about workshop layout by compared with the simulation results before and after optimization.
