Strategies Research On The Development Of Grain-producing Family Farm In Lanshan County

The family farm is a new trend of the development of China’s modern agriculture in current and the necessity of its development has been widely discussed by scholars. After research, they believe that the family farm has its good development advantages, which is an important breakthrough point to solve the problem of agricultural production of our country faced with. At present, all over the country are actively exploring ways of the development of the family farm. In some tested areas, the development of the family farm has achieved remarkable results. With the rapid development of social economy, Lanshan County agricultural management system is gradually changing to scale management. The family farm, as an important management main body of modern agriculture in Lanshan County, is gradually forming. But overall, the Lanshan County family farm as an emerging industry is not unified in the farm standard. Government policy support is not enough, some operators’ business philosophy to the family farm is not very clear and the social service system is not perfect.This paper takes 50 grain production class families in Lanshan County as the research object, from the point of view of their production factors, management structure and business model and so on. Through the questionnaire survey way locally, we know the development of the reality, restricting factors and contracting households’policy expectation of the family farm in Lanshan County. By studying the basic situation and external development condition of the grain production family farm development in Lanshan County, Combined with the sorting, classification and comparing analysis of the collected relevant data through the questionnaire survey and the collected and arranged data during the period of my internship in Lanshan County Agriculture Bureau, the overall numbers, scale, the personnel structure class, production and management structure and development results in Lanshan County family farms are summarized by the use of inductive analysis.The survey found Lanshan County family farms are now in a stage of rapid development, the scale of grain production individual family farm is constantly expanding with continuously improving proportion, external market conditions is also conducive to the development of grain production family farms and grain production family farm operators have obvious advantages. To see the prospect of grain production family farm in Lanshan County in the future development path, we should make full use of the resource advantage, suit measures to local conditions, develop the family farm business philosophy, improve the level of production technology and the quality of the operators of family farms constantly, achieve the appropriate scale (better controlled between 150 and 350 Mu) management of grain production family farms, which make the development of agricultural modernization and the family farm management mode promote each other with a virtuous circle, and promote the sustained and healthy development of grain production family farms in Lanshan County.
