As the degree of knowledge contribution to the global economy more and more higher, knowledge, especially the knowledge of information technology is increasingly highlight, as a strategic resources. Under this background, the speed of knowledge integrating into economy is accelerating. Compared with the individual labor productivity, the importance of the knowledge productivity is growing for enterprises. Human capital, as the carrier of knowledge, becomes more and more significant in the enterprise competition and enterprise operation. Information technology saves information and knowledge by electronic file. It compresses the physical space and greatly increases the human capital storage capacity. Through saving the individual human capital, it deposits the human capital for the organization, reducing the impact of employee turnover. Information technology supports knowledge productivity. The knowledge infuses into the production and business operation activities of the enterprise at a faster speed, a broader scope. It improves the labor productivity of enterprises and brings more value for the enterprise. On the other hand, the wide application of information technology in the enterprise makes the enterprise operation and management of the networked. It optimizes the enterprise’s organizational structure and business process. It also improves the ability of the enterprise resources integration and the performance of the enterprise. It can be found that Information technology human capital, combine information technology with the traditional human capital, has an important role in the process of improve enterprise performance.The research of Information technology human capital makes the form and components as a starting point. It finds that information technology human capital consists of the traditional human capital, organization capital, social capital, and information technology. The four parts play different role in the Information technology human capital. The information technology is the key of the information technology human capital formation. And the other three parts, due to the involvement of information technology, changes from the original content. It found that information technology human capital has value and can not be copy. It is irreplaceable. Through the analysis of the theory of enterprise performance, it find out the business performance comes from the competitive sustained strategic resources. It proves that the information technology human capital is pivotal source of enterprise performance. Then, it makes the discovery and application of knowledge as a starting point, the improvement of labor productivity of enterprises as the end to analysis the effect that the information technology human capital on the business performance. Then, it chooses 90 electronic equipment manufacturing enterprises and appropriate indicators in 2012-2014 to represent the information technical human capital and enterprise performance. Using the factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, it finally proved that there is significant correlation between the information technology human capital and the corporate performance. The correlation between the information technology human capital and the traditional human capital is largest. And the significance level is the highest. The other parts of the information technology human capital is not get full play. Finally, based on the role that the information technology human capital plays in the enterprise performance, the article also give advises from the investment, management and information technology application, in order to improve the influence the information technology human capital on business performance.
