In the era of knowledge economy,human capital is the main driving force and strategic resource of enterprises in the competition.Information technology companies which represent the scientific and technological strength of China,are highly dependent on knowledge and technology,and they are the main force to help China carry out economic restructuring and industrial upgrading.On the other hand,these companies are closely related to other industries and can promote their development.Therefore,this paper uses theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to explore the relationship between human capital and enterprise performance in information technology enterprises.I hope that the results can improve the efficiency of human capital use and rich research methods.First of all,it briefly introduces the economic background and theoretical background of human capital research in information technology enterprises,and then clears the purpose,meaning and research ideas of research.Then the paper introduces the concept of enterprise human capital,information technology enterprise and enterprise performance,and gives review of the theory of the relationship between human capital and firm performance.Secondly,it introduces the basic theory of enterprise resource,the theory of competitive advantage and the theory of agent.Then the paper determines enterprise human capital as the strategic resource of enterprise and analyzes the mechanism of human capital to enterprise performance.Thirdly,this part of the article shows the empirical analysis model,and identifies the source of the data sample and data extraction rules.Then the paper conducted a number of empirical analyses according to different rules.The regression analysis shows that the three dimensions of the human capital structure of the whole information technology enterprise have obvious effect on the performance of the enterprise,while the correlation between the human capital investment and the enterprise performance is not obvious.With different ownership properties,the relationship between technical human capital and firm performance presents a difference from executive human capital.The differences in the results of the regression analysis of the information technology sub-sectors are only reflected in the relationship between technical human capital and firm performance.In this paper,the differences in the analysis of the results made a corresponding explanation.Finally,the article put forward the relevant countermeasures and research deficiencies at the end.
