The purpose of management is to improve work efficiency to a certain extent, so motivating staff is imperative. Therefore, employee motivation has become a focus of the major companies. With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge workers has become the main groups of the workforce, but due to the characteristic of knowledge employee is great different from previous workers, the traditional way of motivation is challenged. At the same time, along with the advance of social history, 90 employees is increaseing gradually, and their personalized highlights, they are pursuing a very different from the past. These new changes, in a certain extent, are challenges to traditional motivation. So this article is based on the current situation of our country, to study the employee motivation, hoping to provide some reference for the practice of the enterprise.The traditional motivation theory pays more attention to material incentives for employees, but with the management gradually developed, people gradually realize that the spirit motivation of staff also focus on their own needs. But these theories only regard staff as the object of motivation, and it is not realized that the staff is the owner the motivation, which is the owner of management, especially in the face of 90 employees and knowledge employees who worship of knowledge, implementing the motivation must starting from its own characteristics, in-depth analysis of its motivation. Human-oriented Management theory of Oriental Management regard employees as "main body" that employee is not only the owner of management, but is its own owner, moral owner and spirit owner, the purpose is to achieve the full and free development of human, improve the quality of life. Only regarding the development of staff as their own purposes can truly take the needs of employees into account, can stimulate their enthusiasm. Thus, Oriental Management from Human-oriented Management,put forward the theory of Interactive Motivation, has divided it into self-motivation system, excitation system and mutual motivation system in three levels, in order to providing guidance to solve the current Chinese employees motivation problems.The article is based on China’s reality, regarding Shandong Jingzhi Liquor as an example, through of Oriental Management under the guidance of people-oriented management theory staff motivation research, an analytical solution the enterprises in staff incentive existing problems. This paper is divided into eight parts. The first part is the introduction, introduce the knowledge workers and 90 employees increased background, and introduces the research purpose, significance, methods and innovations. The second part for the research of people-oriented management theory, introduce western humanistic management theory and different, and of Oriental Management humanistic management theory are introduced. It is pointed out that the oriental management school human based management of the staff as a management subject, the purpose of which is to realize their development. The third part of the staff motivation theory analysis. Firstly, the thesis introduces the traditional staff incentive theory, and then analyzes the deficiency of the traditional incentive theory, finally introduced in Oriental Management under the guidance of people-oriented management theory of human motivation theory and analysis to solve the current staff motivation in the existing problem of possibility. In the fourth part, as a case, this paper to Shandong Jingzhi Liquor as an example, so this part mainly introduced Shandong Jingzhi wine basic condition of employee, 90 employees and knowledge type employee number, and analyze the characteristics of the employees. The fifth part is the empirical analysis, data were collected by a questionnaire, using the software of SPSS, analysis of factors affect the enthusiasm of the staff and analysis staff on the influencing factors of satisfaction, finally, according to the investigation and analysis of Shandong Jingzhi wine in employee incentive problems exist. The sixth part for the comparative study, through the introduction of Haier company and Foxconn in employee incentive measures, to Shandong Jingzhi liquor in the presence of employee incentive problems thinking. The seventh part is the countermeasure suggestion, in the above research based on is proposed to solve the Shandong Jingzhi Liquor in the employee incentive problems in terms of specific measures. The last part, summarized as outlook, through analysis of Shandong Jingzhi Liquor industry as an example, summarizes the applicable to domestic enterprises, in the employee incentive measures, and points out that the lack of support for the direction of future research.
