As the strict environmental protection requirements, now the shougang iron and steel the desulphurizing system have been unable to meet the standard requirements. Comprehensive emission concentration is much higher than the relevant national emission standards, the original desulfurization system desulphurization process was flawed, combined with the equipment aging, the desulfurization efficiency is difficult to guarantee. Now need to original desulfurization system to conduct a comprehensive technology transformation, in order to improve the desulfurization efficiency, achieve national standards.Project Time Management, also known as Project construction Management and Project schedule Management, is one of the important part of Project Management. With the Project scope Management, Project quality Management, Project cost Management is called "four constraint Management" of Project Management. In time, scope, quality and cost of management by objectives is the purpose of project management. Therefore, time management is a key factor in project success.This paper tries to the integrated use the related theory and method of project management, and MS office computer software tools. Take the X desulphurizing technical renovation project of A company as an example, analysis, research, design the project time management. And eventually making project completed within the scheduled time of CRD, achieving the target of the expected economic and social benefits. Secondly, through the concrete analysis of the project case, put forward detailed implementation methods and steps for project time management and optimization. Due to the particularity of this project, this article has certain reference value and reference significance to explore a suitable r method project management in the field.
