Research On The Time Management Of Shanghai Mobile Nsn AOIP Renovation Project

Nowadays,rapid progresses are happening in mobile communication industry,of which the influence on people's works and lives becoming deeper everyday.Therefore,the implementation of engineering in mobile communications industry has its particularity.The impact on the existing network equipments should be contained to a minimum extent,which means that the user experience should not be degraded.Thus,the scheduling of communication engineering is much limited.The time management has a very important guiding significance for the progress of the project.Exploiture and Application of time management tools and techniques will make project time management more illustrative,simpler,less fragile to project changes and ease the risk of project delays.However,the methods of project time management are yet not fully applied by domestic enterprises.Project managers mainly rely on their own experience and personal judgments,lacking of theoretical support.This thesis takes an IP renovation project as the example,studies the application mode and key steps of time management technologies in the implementation of the project and the key steps,and plays an important role in the success of the project.This thesis first reviews the development of project time management.After summarizing some commonly used project overall management and time management tools and techniques,analyzes the time management of the IP renovation project by means of work breakdown structure(WBS),Gantt chart,network planning,critical path analysis and program evaluation and review technique(PERT).And introduces the method of using Microsoft project software to solve frequently encountered personnel arrangement conflicts during project implementation.In addition,this thesis ensures the completion of the IP renovation project by a series of key processes such as setting task buffer,developing project schedule,calculating project overall duration and tracking the implementation of the project schedule and so on.The project practice proved that the time management flow used in this thesis were practical and effective.
