The integration of the global economy is the inevitable trend of the world economic development, the internal and external environment of the enterprises has changed drastically with the continuous reformation in China, the strategic tasks and management objectives of enterprises are constantly adjusted with the environment. A.D.Chandler said, the strategic decides the structure, the structure shall follow the strategic. The structure will change with the variation of the strategic. In order to assure the benefit of the variation, we should deeply research the organization structure design of the enterprise.Organization structure is the skeleton of the organization, which is the basic form or framework of the division of the labor within the organization. The organization structure design of the enterprise is the overall positioning and design of the organization system frame with the core of the organization structure. The organization culture is a combination of the attitude, value and belief in the organization which is used to direct the performance of the organization; it is also the external manifestation. From the perspective of organizational culture, the research for the design of the organizational structure of the enterprise and its influencing factors, including analysis the internal connection between the organizational culture and structure, it has the great value for the organization design, practice and theory.Through the development of organizational theory structure, the organizational structure design principle and organizational culture, this article expounds the main types of the organization structure, as well as the characteristics of different types of organization structure, the general principle and its influencing factors, and the relationship between organizational structure design and organizational culture is also analyzed. Then take a case study of the organization structure for the 40 years of development of the organization structure in DQ, the research of the adjustment of organization structure based on the organization culture, and focus on the influence of the organizational structure from two important events, in order to find out the general rule of organization development trend.I hope that the research of this article could be the reference and useful for the organization structure of the enterprise.
