Rearching Of Organization Design Of90Thousand Tons Pulp Technology Transformation Project Of Yunjing

Recently, EPC mode was more and more chosen and applied to the mega-projects. This paper mainly focuses on the research how the company, as the owner, should design a reasonable and effective organization structure to adapt to this new project management mode in EPC project.This paper conducts a systematic research according to the practice of90thousand tons technology transformation project of Yunjing after studying a large amount of literature. This paper combines theory study with practice research, uses combination of multiple subjects, and concludes the literature related. Then this paper advances to design the organization of EPC mode on the basis of organization design theory, project management theory and other theories related, and sets up a "IPMT+EPC+Project Supervision" mode, through which great effects have been received.This paper aims to improve EPC management ability in China, increase the invest profits of construction, and prompt the adaption to international project management mode through this study on organization structure design. The practice of this project has proved that the organization structure designed by this paper can be viewed as an important probe to organization study, and contributes to improve organization management effectiveness and information communication level, and to improve the EPC chief contractor’s ability of organization and coordination.
