Public rental housing is an important component part of China’s social security system, which it is providing housing for difficulties of affordable housing on the low-income groups. Public rental housing ownership is not privately owned but government-owned or relevant public agencies. Public rental housing gives below-market rental housing to people, who have a stable work of migrant workers, students graduated from college and other "sandwich class" groups. Public rental housing in our country is just the development stage. Therefore this article discusses Chongqing "Ming Xin Jia Yuan" public rental housing in a typical case studies. This paper analyzes the development of Chongqing "Ming Xin Jia Yuan" public rental housing, as well as to achieve economic and social benefits. Especially in recent years, the widening gap between rich and poor at the same time, public rental housing protect the well fair and justice on the society.Chongqing "Ming Xin Jia Yuan" rental housing, the paper is divided into the following sections:The first part is an introduction. This article briefly analyzes the issues raised on the research status of public rental housing were analyzed and summarized, and explained the related research ideas, methods and theories.The second part is the basic situation of the case presentation. This section focuses on the "Ming Xin Jia Yuan" the basic situation of public rental housing in Chongqing are introduced, including the construction of models, distribution models and management models, all of which laid the foundation for the back of the case study.The third part analyzes the "Ming Xin Jia Yuan" public rental housing construction mode in Chongqing.
