| Now the construction of ecological civilization has been seen as important as the construction of economic, politics, society,and culture through the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. With the improvement of the status of ecological civilization, the development pattern of China is bound to be green and low-carbon. The construction of ecological district according to local conditions is the best way to build ecological civilization to implement the sustainable development,in the scope of district. The construction of ecological district is a systematic and complicated work.Finding a suitable evaluation method is significant to guid the ecological construction and realize the regional sustainable development.In this paper, the research object is Chenghua District of Chengdu. Analyze and Study the construction of Chenghua Ecological District complying with the principle of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis from the following aspects.On the basis of relevant index system of Sichuan Province,I pick up 23 index from economic, environmental and social aspects to build evaluation index system of Chenghua Ecological District construction.The weight of each evaluation index was confirmed by entropy. Choosing the index with more information to provide reference for the ecological construction and protection of Chenghua District.Using principal component analysis method to build a comprehensive index evaluation model to evaluate the Ecological Disteict construction in Chenghua District in 2009-2014,we can get the development trend of Chenghua District ecological district construction.Then according to the evaluation result, we use regression equation to analog variable based on economic development and pollutant emission.The overall situation of the construction of ecological city in Chenghua District in 2009-2014 showed a steady growth trend, and the economy system, environment system and society system development has progressed in coordination. Principal component analysis method and the method of entropy weighting results show that during the period of 2009-2014, the greatest impact on the economic development subsystem is the GDP per capita, urban residents’ annual disposable income and the unit GDP energy consumption. The greatest impact on the environmental protection subsystem is the public green land area urban per capita, the chemical oxygen demand emission intensity, the intensity of ammonia nitrogen emission, the concentration of urban domestic sewage treatment rate, environmental protection investment accounted for proportion for per GDP. The population density and urban registered unemployment rate affected the subsystem of social system mostly. From 2009 to 2011 Chenghua District is in the early stages of the construction of ecological city, the overall growth rate of the sub system is relatively fast. From the beginning of 2012, the construction of Chenghua Ecological District went to the development stage, comprehensive index is higher than the average level of the index value, maintain a sustained growth, the annual growth rate has slowed down. In view of the problems existing in the construction of ecological city in Chenghua District of Chengdu City, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the industrial structure, pollution control, ecological construction and social security in the construction of ecological city of Chenghua District. |
