Research On The Influence Of Enterprise Innovation Ability And Cooperation Degree On The Stability Of Collaborative Innovation Network

At the moment when my country’s scientific and technological development has achieved remarkable results,the term "innovation" has been integrated into major economic entities and has become a key element of cooperation and competition between entities and within entities.However,in the era of sharing economy,under the background of open innovation,as one of the mainstays of economic development,enterprises relying only on their own internal innovation are far from being able to meet the diversified and changing market demands,so as to achieve high-quality development.More and more companies choose to respond to external risks through collaborative innovation,complete innovation goals,and promote corporate development and transformation.Collaborative innovation networks have entered the corporate vision,and related research has been favored by scholars.Taking a closer look at the existing literature,current research hotspots include collaborative innovation network structure,innovation performance,etc.,but there are not many literatures on the stability of collaborative innovation networks from the perspective of innovation entities themselves.At the same time,what kind of influence the innovation ability and cooperation degree of enterprises have on the stability of the collaborative innovation network is also an issue worthy of attention.Therefore,on the basis of combing the relevant contents of enterprise innovation ability,cooperation degree and collaborative innovation network,dual innovation theory,value co creation theory and stakeholder theory,this paper constructs a theoretical hypothesis model among the three elements of enterprise innovation ability,cooperation degree and collaborative innovation network stability.Through the questionnaire survey method,500 questionnaires were distributed to employees in high-tech industries,and 422 valid questionnaires were recovered,The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:the first part mainly describes the research background,purpose,significance,innovation and technical route of this paper,and defines the research ideas of this paper;The second part arranges and summarizes the relevant literature,and defines the relevant concepts of this paper;The third part puts forward reasonable assumptions by combing the existing relevant research and combining with the research problems of this paper;The fourth part is the design of the questionnaire,the distribution and the reliability and validity of the collected data;The fifth part uses the structural equation model to verify the assumptions put forward in the third part and draw a conclusion;The sixth part summarizes the research conclusions and puts forward the research prospects: first,the enterprise innovation ability has a positive impact on the degree of cooperation;Second,the innovation capability of enterprises has a positive impact on the stability of collaborative innovation network;Third,the degree of cooperation has a positive impact on the stability of collaborative innovation network;Fourth,the degree of cooperation plays a partial intermediary role between enterprise innovation ability and the stability of collaborative innovation network;Fifth,the scale of enterprises has a significant impact on the theoretical model,and the nature of enterprises has no significant impact on the theoretical model.Small and medium-sized enterprises will have an impact on the intermediary role of the degree of cooperation,from partial intermediary role to complete intermediary role.Based on the research conclusion,this study puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to stabilize the collaborative innovation network.This study theoretically further improves the connotation and measurement standards of enterprise innovation ability,the degree of cooperation among innovation subjects,and the stability of collaborative innovation network,which reflects a strong theoretical significance.At the same time,from the practicality reflected in the research conclusion,it has important practical significance for enterprises to build and stabilize collaborative innovation network and promote enterprise innovation and development.
