Study On The Transformation Path Of Agricultural Development Mode In The Core Area Of Henan Food Production

The core area of food production is an important strategic area for the protection of national food security. Henan core area of food production is an important part of national food strategy. In the new economic situation, China’s agricultural development is facing new challenges. The transformation of agricultural development mode is imminent. A study on the path for the transformation of Henan grain core area of agricultural development, to promote the comprehensive strength and core competence of Henan food industry, the protection of national food security, has a great significance to realize the sustainable development of the food industry. This paper argues that in the new economic situation at home and abroad, the development and construction of core grain producing areas to find a breakthrough, need to change the way of agricultural development as an opportunity to focus on the connotation of food industry development.Based on the basis of theory in transformation of agricultural development and the core area of food production, according to the relevant information and statistical data, make a comprehensive analysis and in-depth research on the core area of food in Henan. Using investigation, statistical analysis, SWOT analysis, normative analysis and other research methods.This paper makes a theoretical analysis on the transformation of agricultural development mode of Henan core area of food production conditions. The basic situation mainly from the food and agriculture production conditions, infrastructure system and other aspects of comprehensive analysis of the status of food production development. Using SWOT analysis that the advantages mainly has the advantages of location and natural advantages. There are disadvantages of grain production resources, structural problems, lack of ability to support science and technology infrastructure system, slow development, financial support. While policy support, The Belt and Road Initiative, the demand food are the opportunities. The threat analysis mainly from farmland, agricultural ecological environment, human resources and grain market reaction mechanism. Secondly, on the basis of research and analysis above, combined with related theory describes the ideas and choose of the path of change of agricultural development in the core area of food in Henan. Put forward to ecological sustainable development as the premise, to promote modern agriculture infrastructure construction, to market demand oriented, optimize the structure of grain production, to scientific and technological innovation as the support, fostering new labor; land circulation and intensive management as a breakthrough to achieve economies of scale, to support the fiscal and financial activity, improve the modern agricultural production system. Thirdly, put forward policy recommendations that to promote the Henan grain core area change of agricultural development mode. Namely, to promote food supply side structural reforms, give full play to the guiding role of the government in strengthening the domestic food industry exchanges and cooperation, pay attention to the problem of natural resources and ecological environment etc. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward the next research direction.
