Studied By Competitiveness Of Logistics Enterprises Belong To Henan Province Comparison In Value Chain Theory

Since the 21 st century, the logistics industry built a huge direct and indirect economic benefit for the society, which is the national and regional economic rapid development of powerful guarantee. There are some gaps between logistics enterprises in Henan province and the developed areas in such aspects as specialization degree, logistics system operating efficiency. This thesis from the perspective of value chain theory to analysis the advantages and disadvantages of logistics enterprises in Henan province and try to explore ways and means of enterprise more competitive.This paper takes the international competition management theorist Michael porter’s value chain theory as the research platform, combining with the specific situation of the logistics enterprises in Henan province, to reconstruct the internal value chain of logistics enterprise, namely enterprise infrastructure, human resource management, logistics information construction, market risk management, marketing, service, development, production services and after-sales service system. Meanwhile it selected an object to 25 logistics enterprises in Henan province as samples, using the factor analysis and cluster analysis method to study its competition ability. Designed to be more objective, comprehensive and accurate understanding of the development of logistics enterprises in Henan province, to find the advantage and the weak link of logistics enterprises in our province, and on the basis of exploring the methods and ways to cultivate and maintain competitive advantage.The results showed that: we found that the current overall development of logistics enterprises in Henan Province is obviously not balanced. For example: the concept behind the logistics system is imperfect, complex logistics talent shortage, lack of capacity etc., so that logistics companies can not balanced development. According to the current status of development of the logistics enterprises in Henan province situation and in-depth analysis, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: For logistics companies, should be based on the value chain reconstruction needs, rationally adjust the scale of enterprises, enhance information technology, improve marketing services. Meanwhile logistics enterprises should increase innovation and focus on train specialized personnel, improve the talent and innovation. Strengthen the production service building on this basis, thus it’s to reduce market risk management.
