Along with the rapid popularization of mobile Internet application within commerce, customers’ experience of demand has become the leader which drives the Internet to develop. Meanwhile, in the field of mobile Internet and e-business which is combined by mobile telecommunication and Internet amalgamation, customers undertake more than before with the new change in social network, especially the e-business, customers’ behavior and their potential requirement have become the important driving force. Therefore, study customers’ strategies in mobile e-business based on big data, analyze customers’ info characters, and learn the potential rules and the relationship among customers can lead the mobile Internet e-business to a better future, and make it intelligent and more human, thus accelerate the harmonious fusion with the modern social system.In this paper, we analyzed customers’ telecommunication behavior based on big data by learning from customers themselves in China Unicom Guangxi Branch, from product design and from channel application in the telecommunication operator mobile e-business practice, built up the telecommunication product mobile e-business platform based on big data, and made some progress in accurate marketing of mobile Internet product. This practice drive the implement of mobile Internet transition for China Unicom Guangxi Branch and bring this tactic into effect.The conclusion of this paper is that telecommunication operators can only develop by moving along with the trend of mobile Internet, keeping the transition of mobile Internet, releasing the ability of telecommunication operators, and achieving more deeply cooperation with more mobile Internet companies, continue to make the mobile e-business platform based on big data. Only by integrate the value chain from each filed and create more surplus value for customers, can traditional telecommunication operators accomplish the transition to mobile Internet and become more significant.
