The Risk Evaluation And Prevantion Of China Companies’ Mineral Resources-Obtaining International Strategic Alliances

Mineral resources are very important natural resources, because it is a necessary condition and material basis for sustained economic and social development. Faced with dilemma that is the increasing rigid demand of mineral resources and supply is fixed, more and more China enterprises establish international strategic alliances with foreign enterprises to obtain mineral resources. Although China companies’ mineral resources-obtaining international strategic alliances has achieved some success, but overall not optimistic. Researches show that the main failure reasons’are the awareness of international strategic alliances risk prevention is not strong and lack of appropriate risk prevention measures. So, it is great significant to study how to evaluate and prevent China companies’mineral resources-obtaining international strategic alliances, which can promote China mineral resources-obtaining companies to achieve more international strategic alliances.This paper mainly adopts literature research, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis method and case method. This article, firstly, identifies risk factors of different stages of China companies’ mineral resources-obtaining international strategic alliances and builds the risk evaluation index system, while the index optimization is carried out. China companies’mineral resources-obtaining international strategic alliances risk index mainly includes policy and social environment risk, financial risk, market risk, legal risk, public relations, opportunity identification risk, partner selection, system design, risk, ability risk, risk, investment risk, the entire risk and other risks. Then combined with the risk index system to build China’s mineral resources for enterprises international strategic alliance risk assessment model, and use case to explain how the evaluation model to the actual assessment, and verify the rationality of the model. Finally, according to the result of risk identification and risk assessment puts forward some ideas of risk prevention, and prevention strategy. China’s mineral resources for enterprises international strategic alliance risk prevention is divided into mechanism of preventing the risks of not risk precontrol and guard against risks incurred to the risk control strategy. The above research contents and conclusions for the Chinese mineral resources for enterprises international strategic alliance risk assessment and prevention provide a theoretical basis and practical reference.
