With the improvement of urbanization level in our country, the real estate industry investment behavior is increasingly frequent. However, in the industry in the process of developing and perfecting constantly pursuing new and change, the real estate industry by the different levels of pressure and challenge.Real estate investment project construction cycle is long, investment is large, influence factors, the real estate enterprise manager how to feasibility plan to make a scientific and reasonable decision, in the face of the fierce competition and gradually perfect the investment in real estate market, Is particularly critical.Based on the real estate investment decision making problems, combined with my own practical experience and theoretical research, put forward the construction of real estate investment decision-making model based on DEA method.This article through to the real estate investment decision theory in-depth research and elaboration.The analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the existing investment decision-making method,Build in line with the C2R model of DEA method and the corresponding evaluation index system,Finally through the instance, for the construction of the model was validated.In this paper, the real estate investment decision-making model based on DEA method, the perspective of a novel to build C2R model and evaluation index system of comprehensive analysis of decision making units of index data, the relative efficiency value of theta is obtained through the arithmetic to determine decision unit is relatively effective, finally the disadvantage frontier method, according to the definition of relative efficiency, the decision making units make a final order.Due to the DEA method is directly for analysis of decision unit index data, relative to other decision-making methods, greatly reduce the influence of subjective uncertainty in the process of evaluation. For real estate investment according to the theory of lateral injected fresh blood, also carrying on the investment decision for enterprise management to provide a scientific and reasonable and reliable decision method.
