Since the 1990 s, with the vigorous development of electronic data interchange(EDI) technology, the buds of the development of Chinese e-commerce industry began to appear. Along with the advance of technology, e-commerce also began to be more and more accepted by the masses, it comes inato the common life of the people gradually.E-commerce is different from traditional business model. It does not need to be face-to-face transacted. And it can be transacted without the restrictions of time and space. E-commerce reduces the transaction of the intermediate links, it can also display products and services in all directions. It helps the accumulation of customer behavior and information better, and makes products and services more quickly and efficient. And it provides more economical resources to consumers.With the advent of the era of electrical business, whether traditional industry giants, or new entrants, all kinds of companies fall from the traditional business model into the arms of e-commerce. Unfortunately, although the information is becoming more and more, and the cases of transformation are also more and more, but the study of small brand children’s wear enterprises specific business strategy transition toward e-commerce case analysis is relatively fragmented, which is lack of systematic guidance. Because the author is working in a Venture Capital, and he is involved in YZDS transformation, financing and the transformation of the company, as well as operational strategy and so on various aspects of corporate strategy formulation. So he has always wanted to write an article to summarize the experiences of this topic, also hope hereafter more people start to study small business transformation from traditional model into e-commerce.In order to understand the pain points of transformation from traditional business model into E-commerce for small brand children’s wear enterprises, with the permission of CEO of YZDS, the author can use YZDS as a case to study and write this thesis. In this paper, the author study the case of company YZDS, respectively in sales strategy, brand positioning strategy, business model, and the elaborating management.This thesis summarizes company’s business strategy and combined with some electrical business cases, sums up nine core elements of e-commerce for traditional children’s wear brand. 1. The product. 2. The business model. 3. The brand. 4. The supply chain. 5. Capital. 6. Operation. 7. Team. 8. System. 9. The process.At the end of the paper by studying the YZDS case, the author tests key elements and the business strategy and draws some important enlightenment. Case analysis will be helpful to the further understanding of enterprise operation strategy and promote, argue steps and basic elements of electricity transformation for traditional children’s wear brand to have more effective guidance.
