The e-commerce in our country has developed rapidly in the past four years from 2011 to 2015,a large number of traditional manufacturing enterprises and marketing companies have turned to invest in the e-commerce industry. Therefore, there is a great demand for the e-commerce talents. As the primary labor and technology education institution, more and more secondary vocational colleges set up the e-commerce major course according to society requirement. However, due to the factors limited by enterprise scale, operational cost and college regulation, the college-enterprise cooperation can not realize its original value and significance, It’s low satisfaction in the school enterprise cooperationThis paper studies cooperation between secondary vocational schools and enterprises in the e-commerce specialty. Based on the preliminary research, the author formulated a questionnaire sample in line with relevant factors and conducted surveys among the 7 secondary vocational schools affiliated to Guangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and numerous enterprises in Guangzhou to identify factors affecting school-enterprise cooperation. Interviews with part of the respondents were also carried out to modify the survey content and statistics. Through sorting out the data, it has been founded that less than 5% of the e-commerce enterprises feel satisfied with current school-enterprise cooperation, and no more than 17% of the secondary vocational schools expressed satisfaction with such cooperation. Hence, there is still much room for improvement. It can also be seen from the statistics that there exist lots of problems in present school-enterprise cooperation, such as lack of communication, not enough cooperation depth, inadequate supervision and weak support. These problems are divided into 4 categories and further segmented into 22 sub-items in accordance with the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for the weight ratio of measures to optimize and improve school-enterprise cooperation in e-commerce. Then 4 optimization measures are put forward in the light of the ratio, with the aim to make up for the deficiency of the cooperation. In the end this paper, in accordance with the ranking results of improved measures with the AHP method and in combination with the existing problems in school-enterprise e-commerce cooperation reflected in the survey as well as the characteristics of e-commerce industry, puts forward an optimization scheme for school-enterprise cooperation from the perspectives of secondary vocational schools, e-commerce enterprises and governmental departments. The scheme details include:the secondary vocational schools adjust e-commerce curricula and teaching system, set up e-commerce-enterprise-oriented class through school-enterprise cooperation and improve e-commerce teaching faculty to satisfy school-enterprise demands; the enterprises join hands with schools to build training bases with e-commerce characteristics in or outside the schools, deepen the cooperation content to enhance the enterprises’ participation in talent cultivation and reduce business costs; while the governmental authorities strengthen promotion of school-enterprise cooperation, construct cooperation platforms and stress the management and talent cultivation functions of the industry association, and implement more supporting policies to guarantee the stable promotion of school-enterprise e-commerce cooperation. The trilateral coordination can take advantage of the professionalism of secondary vocational schools, the technological competence of e-commerce enterprises and the management role of governmental industry association to finish the transition from talent training to in-depth development with divided functions and cooperation between teaching and research.
