Analysis Of The Influence Of Urbanization On The Security Of Cultivated Land In Zhongmu County

In the 21st century, the development of diversified economy promotes the construction and evolution of urbanization.In the process of urban expanding, urban land occupation is increasing, which arouse our attention on how to make sure of the safety of food supply. The relationship between urbanization development and cultivated land protection is becoming a significantconcern that people pay close attention to. As the status quo of China’s current rural urbanization development, attentions has been gradually shiftedfrom the secondary industry to the tertiary industry. In thetransferring process of farming labor force intothe worker of urbanization, and the transiting of agriculture industry structure, the amount and quality of cultivated land is decreasing, which induce the problem of farming land protection.This paper focuses on the impact of rural urbanization, which takesZhongmu County as an example, and is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction, which lists the analysis of the research background and significance.Based on the literature review of domestic and foreign research, the first part analyzes the main research content and research methods.The second part is the theoretical basis of urbanization and cultivated land security.This part includes theintroduction of urbanization and cultivated land security theories, and the analysisof the relationship between them.The third part is the status of the rural urbanization development in Zhongmou County. Combining with the development status and characteristics of the development, this part analyzes the motivation of the development, which focus on the characteristics of policy support and township enterprises reasoning. Also it is the promotion of industrialization and the institutional improvement,moreover, it is a dynamic support and guarantee of the development of emerging industries.The fourth part is the impact of rural urbanization in Zhongmou County on the security of arable land. This part conducts the analysis mainly based on the prospect of food security, ecological environment, land structure, urban land prices and land culture etc.The fifth part is Zhongmou County cultivated land security protection policy recommendation. Through standardizing the land market mechanism, innovatingthe constraint mechanism, identifying the scope and approach of land acquisition, the county can establish an intensive land use market, and fulfillthe institutional innovation of urbanization. And establish the index comprehensive balance mechanism,accomplish the innovation of science and technology mechanism of cultivated land protection.The sixth part is the summary and outlook, which is a summary of the overall research of the paper, and sheds some light on future research.
