Study On The Cultivated Land Protection During The Urbanization Of Wuning County

Urbanization is the necessary trend of economic development and social progress and an inevitable stage, the development of industrialization and urbanization level represents the country. Based on wuning county as the research object, this paper analyze the problems of land use, this paper studies the wuning county urbanization on the development trend of cultivated land utilization and the change of total arable land. To find effective coordination of urban development and cultivated land protection measures to protect arable land and realize the healthy development of the town.This paper mainly study include: First, analyze the change of the cultivated land from2009 to 2014 in Wuning; Second, point out Wuning County land use may have some potential problems; Third,using GIS spatial analysis method, to analyze the spatial pattern of the change of cultivated land and urban construction land; Fourth, use the gray system GM(1, 1) model and CAR model predictions wuning county cultivated land quantity change from 2015 to 2020; Fifth, analyze urban expansion and the total number of cultivated land change; Sixth, put forward to solve the contradictory between urban development and cultivated land protection measures:(1) Urbanization should avoid blind expansion;(2) Select land reclamation project site scientifically;(3) Set up the mechanism of supplementary cultivated land quality construction;(4) Carry out the“ quality for quantity, production capacity balance ” measures(5) Reasonable detailed planning of scenic areas surrounding land use(6) Increase government and organization of branch of director of land power of the county land use dynamic inspect, control the non-agricultural construction land to(7) Improve the efficiency of rural housing management, can carry out the village land use planning.
