Research On The Synergistic Effect Between Energy Consumption Structure And Industrial Structure In China

The economy in China is undergo a stage of "new normal", the basic characteristics of this period is slowing economic growth, accelerated economic structure adjustment, urgent demands for low carbon energy industry structure transformation. The improvement of the energy consumption structure affects the development of the industrial structure, industrial structure upgrades also lead to the optimization of energy consumption structure. Therefore, in order to meet China’s energy security, low-carbon economy and the sustainable development of the real domestic demand, both must coordinate with each other, interdependence, mutual adaptation, mutual development, establish dynamic relationship through several coordinate points within each system to promote each other.Based on the above background, the research status and achievements, this paper studies the synergy effect of energy consumption structure and industrial structure in China. First of all, this paper introduces the analysis statistical methods, studies the synergetics theory; Then, the paper analyzes the current situation, among them, studies the development trend and the dynamic relationship by using the method of HP filter, VAR impulse etc. On this basis, construct the coupling and coordination model of energy consumption structure and industrial structure, evaluating both synergies, propose countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusions are as follows:The change of China’s energy consumption structure and industrial structure is significant and the pace of transformation and upgrading is accelerating, but there are still some problems. Low carbon trend of energy consumption structure is outstanding, meanwhile, economy of China is turning to service industry. There is strong dynamic relationship between energy consumption structure and industrial structure. They have achieved ten years of rapid development, and they also maintain a strong interactive relationship, but on the whole they have not formed a coordinated phase. With the development of energy and industry and the guidance of the relevant policies, the coordinated degree between energy consumption structure and industrial structure have increased at present.
