Studies On Building Government Supporting System In The Process Of SME Financing

SMEs are an important engine of Chinese economic development, and playing an important role in employment and the people’s livelihood.But in the current situation, the development of SME facing a prominent problem, ie financing difficulties. The performance of financing difficulties are the single financing channel, cumbersome, higher costs. Solve the problem of SME financing, need they improve their own capacity. And it also need guidance and support of the local governments and their departments. In the current downward global economic and the slow growth domestic economic, building an effective government supporting system is desperately needed in the process of SME financing.This paper mainly used contrast analysis, questionnaire survey method and case analysis method for concrete research. Based on the general analysis of the current financing situation of SMEs in our country and the reason of it, make a case study of the Yangzhou government concrete practice in SME financing, introduce the relevant supportive policies of Yangzhou government for SME financing, and analysis the effect of the policies. Based on learning the experience of the United States, Japan and Germany in SME financing, putting forward the countermeasures that building the effective government support system in SME financing: improving the legal protection system, establishing the administrative system, improving the information service system, improving the credit guarantee system, perfecting the financial support system, perfecting the social service system.
