The Research On The Evaluation System For Economical And Intensive Utilization Of Rural Construction Land

Based on the strategic background of the economical and intensive use of construction land, the evaluation work for economical and intensive use of the region area,the city,the development zone and the education land has carried out for a long time.Rural construction land is an important part of construction land, the evaluation system research is beneficial to improve the evaluation mechanism for economical and intensive use of construction land, improve the level of economical and intensive use of rural construction land, optimize the structure of urban and rural construction land, protect cultivated land resources.I summarize the economical and intensive use of construction land evaluation system from the domestic and foreign research and determine the connotation evaluation method and index system of the economical and intensive use of rural construction land according to the characteristics of Chinese rural construction land, finally having the case study for the evaluation of economical and intensive use in zhou wang miao town. As follows are the main research conclusions:(1) Determining the connotation of the economical and intensive use of rural construction land should be in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and protecting farmers’interests, then through the reasonable layout of land use guiding villagers to live together, and encouraging the villagers who has entered the urban life of non-farmers to exit the homestead, finally reducing the total scale of rural construction land and providing the security of cultivated land resources and the development demand for urban land, and it is dynamic.(2) Choosing the multiple factors comprehensive evaluation method for assessment of saving and intensive use of rural construction land, and building a reasonable evaluation index system from the connotation of economical and intensive utilization of rural construction land, finally determining the evaluation route and process, including the construction of evaluation index system, the calculation of present situation value and the ideal value, the determination of index weight, indexes, the calculation of composite index.(3) According to the evaluation system of rural construction land saving and intensive use, selecting zhou wang miaoTown as the case study object for this evaluation, it can be seen that the level of economical and intensive use of rural construction land is low and regional differences based on the evaluation index, and the evaluation results is accord with the current characteristics of rural construction land use in the town.
