"Three agriculture" issues relating to the fate of the country and the lives of the people, "No.1 Central Document" sustained focus on the "three agriculture" issues for 13 years, and "three agriculture" are also hot issues of continuing concern in the academic community; In China’s economic growth into the "New Normal" background, the development of modern agriculture is facing new development opportunities and challenges. There are two modes in the development of modern agriculture, one is to increase agricultural productivity-based American model the other is to improve the productivity of the land-based Japanese model. In the background of employment of rural surplus labor force in nonagricultural field, the development of modern agriculture is undoubtedly more depend on the growth agricultural labor productivity. However, with the loss of the rural labor force, a series of changes have happened in the structure of agricultural labor force, such as "Aging" "Feminine" "Farmers of Concurrent-business" and so on. Modern agricultural development overseas also experienced these processes. However, at this time the development of agricultural modernization of their have been quite mature. At present, China’s agricultural modernization is still in a transitional stage, the impact of changes of the labor force structural on agricultural labor productivity will be some new features.This paper consists of seven chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, including research background, significance, content and research methods. An overview of the development status of agricultural modernization, and the research significance of agricultural labor productivity in the background of the changing agriculture labor force structure, and each chapter content and research methods used were carded. The second chapter is literature review part, including the research achievements and prospect at home and abroad, and innovation and innovation points and weak points of this paper. The third chapter described the growth stages and characteristics of agricultural labor productivity, and related to the policies of the reform and opening up and others analyzing the growth phase of China’s agricultural labor productivity. The fourth chapter is the rural surplus labor force and labor mobility part, analyzing the relationship between the current China’s agricultural labor force changes and labor mobility, and surplus labor structure were also analyzed. The fifth chapter is the the rural labor force structure changes part, on the "Aging", "Feminine" "Concurrent-business " and changing of the structure of the human capital of the agricultural labor force were analyzed, the labor force structure changes are main descriptive note using historical data. Chapter VI of theoretical models and empirical analysis based on stochastic frontier approach using data from 2003 to 2012, the empirical analysis of the agricultural labor productivity growth is decomposed into technical progress, technical efficiency, accumulation of material elements and human capital accumulation in four areas, and the effect of changes in the structure of the agricultural labor force agricultural technology efficiency. Chapter VII is the conclusions and policy analysis part. The conclusion including technological progress, factor accumulation, both for aging agricultural labor productivity had a positive impact on the structure of the feminization of labor, and business and technical efficiency to some extent hindered the improvement of labor productivity in agriculture. Based on the preceding analysis putting forward policy suggestions as follows:continuing to promote new urbanization process, quicken the land transfer and the household registration reform, using the internet to construct one information organization of agricultural production mutual aid and cooperation.
