In the past 30 years, as China’s reform and opening up, China’s economy has been rapid development since China’s accession to WTO, many well-known foreign companies have to enter the Chinese market, domestic enterprises also brings great opportunities not small impact. A group was founded in 1988, is an ocean cargo transport, set international shipping agents, seafarers labor cooperation, international ship management, ocean shipping engineering, ship supplies and investment advisory services for an integrated ocean shipping companies. In recent years, A Group is developing very rapidly, the company continues to expand the scale and management level of continuous improvement. In this case, how to develop an adaptation Group A performance appraisal system itself has become a priority.In today’s social development prospects, management ideas and theories continuous improvement and progress. From the theoretical and practical perspective to analyze the operations of the pros and cons of human resource management. Thus clear that the enterprise performance appraisal principles, namely clear indicators of performance appraisal, employee participation to strengthen and improve the performance evaluation of communication up and down, to improve work productivity. Proposed reconstruction of the enterprise performance appraisal systems approach and appropriate countermeasures. such as the combination of the special nature of the posts, and the development of different assessment indicators, key indicators KPI system and establish an effective 360-degree service performance evaluation system and evaluation standard feedback mechanism. It is hoping to learn to play the role of small and medium companies.
