Research Of The Family Farm Operator Management Capability Of Yan Bian

With the development level of agricultural production, the household contract responsibility system established from many years ago has been unable adapt to the rapid development of agriculture and increasing of market demand. At the 18th CPC National Congress, our country for the importance of three dimensional rural issues became deepened gradually. And in this period in agricultural production and operation in our country has gained great momentum. Although our country towards moderate scale operation of agricultural production and operation recent years, but the development speed is relatively slow. With the concept of the family farm into the line of sight of people, it become the main standards of identifying moderate scale management. On the other hand, we also can see that the family farm will contain traditional extensive does not have the advantage of agricultural production and operation mode. First the family farm at the beginning has been to scale the size of the strict limit, so more convenient when adjust the production layout. Second, high productivity, high forage-livestock system is easy to form good good economic benefits, social benefits, improve the farmers’income is the important factors that cannot be ignored. Family farm production and operation not only can avoid the small-scale production and operation of the management defects, it also can make give priority to with family form of agricultural production and operation to continue. Family farm business model will gradually become the most accepted, the highest form of production and operation efficiency. Therefore, in the traditional agricultural management mode has been unable to adapt to the requirement of the era of change and the requirements of the rapid economic development. Efforts to develop the family farm is very important.In my article, the research according to the eight counties and cities of the yanbian region 121 survey as the basis of the data, using the method of factor analysis, IPA. The factor analysis results shows:relationship between family members, sales of agricultural products, financial management, information collection is four elements constitute a family farm operators operating capability. Operator is most affected by the ability to operate the family farm is a member of the family relations, the second is agricultural products sales and financial management, finally the information collected. These four elements is made up of 13 indicators. Then by IPA method comparing to the different types of operator management ability.According to the results of analysis, the conclusion is the yanbian family farm operators in the causes of lack of ability and the ability to operate, in the future we should put forward into enterprise management ideas and methods, cultivate the modern management pattern of the family farm.
