China is a large agricultural country, the rural relationship is the focus of academical research attention, and also very important to understand China’s rural social phenomena. With economical development and cultural communication, interpersonal relations in rural areas has changed, organizing specific performance of rural relationships changes, clarifing its specific impact path is significant to understand the rapid development of rural economy after the reform and opening. Rural Tourism Development promotes rural modernization. In the new process of urbanization, great rural tourism development has been made. Rural relat ionship is the foundation and core of rural development. Rural relationship is closely related to rural economic development. In the development of rural areas, the change in relationships is even more complex and profound. And this complex change of relationship is affecting rural modernization.Through two-week in-depth interviews in case location, by 20 interviewees, from family relations, neighborhood relations, the relationship between the villagers, the villagers and village cadres and tourism developer relations(ie, power relations) described four aspects of changes in the relationship between rural farmhouse around rural tourism development. On the other hand, through 313 valid questionnaires, construct structural equation model of how rural tourism development affect rural relationships, by means of specific quantify instructions to explain the impact of rural tourism development mechanism to rural relationships. The study found:(1) lows of differential pattern under the back ground of rural tourism development still exists. Though the empirical case we can found even after nearly 20 years of tourism market economic development, the villagers completed construction of modern identity, the kinship concept is still strong, Specifically in:(1) family blood concept deeply rooted, and as family business, sons have higher order of succession of farmhouse than daughters;(2) in the tourism development process, the sharing of resources between the same surname people;(3) after tourism development, logic of interpersonal communication among villagers is drived by economic interests, the logical starting point contact gradually tend to personal interests, but exchanges in the form of family unit still predominate.(2) under the influence of rural tourism, disappear of the traditional villages and the form of semi human society. After the development of tourism, the village formed a new unit division, the common economic zone, and the village among the same village economic circle formed a social circle of acquaintances, abstract economic interests become the basis of divation basis of rural properties forming, and different from the past specific administrative or geographical division.(3) development of rural tourism have a positive impact on rural relationships, specifically in the following two aspects:(1) inevitability of the element, "nostalgia", in the development of rural tourism to the restoration of rural "harmony" interpersonal culture;(2) rural tourism promote rural situ urbanization, compared to migrant work, more young people return to the countryside to promote the harmonious development of intergenerational rela tionships.(4) after village tourism development, rural relationships tend to rationalized and indifferent, interpersonal network driven by the interests is full of contradictions, serious interpersonal alienation under the gap between rich and poor. Increase conflict of interest contradictions and moral contradiction between neighbors brought by rural tourism development. As main body of tourism development, conflicts and contradictions between governments and villagers involved in the tourism development process are increasing. On the other hand, tourism development has led to significant expansion of the gap between rich and poor, social comparison leads to interpersonal alienation phenomenon.(5) Rural tourism culture influence interpersonal more than tourism economy. Tourism cultural play a positive role in promoting rural relationships, but the tourism economy does lead to rationalized and indifferent trend in rural relationship.(6)Among distribution of benefits, participation of tourism and rural relationship have no causal link, and have a huge impact on power relations. Distribution of benefits and rural family relation, neighborhood relation, the relationship between the villagers and the power relation are significant correlation, where has the most with power relation; tourism participation only has significant correlation with power relationship. But through AMOS structural equation we found that this correlation is not causation, that is, the distribution of benefits and tour participation does not directly affect the overall rural relationships, overall interpersonal contains family relations, neighborhood relations, the relationship between the villagers and power relation.Through this analysis, we found cultural factors have a major impact on rural relationships, distribution of tourism interests, participation of tourism and the power relationship between rural villagers and village cadres as well as tourism developers have significant correlation, on the other hand, the tourism market economic competition and widening wealth gap leads to apathy and alienation of relationships. To promote the harmonious development of rural relationships, return to simple interpersonal relationship in rural areas, build social relations with a rustic authe nticity in the countryside and the new beautiful country, and promote the sustainable development of rural tourism, we propose the following recommendat ions:(1) build a "nostalgia" cultural factors, to promote the traditional core values, "harmony",of human relationships.(2) attention to the distribution of benefits, the role of tourism participation in power relations, focusing on equitable distribution o f benefits and villagers in tourism development in community participation.(3) regulate farmhouse market, promote fair market competition, provide a lot o f employment, improve vil agers’ income level, narrow the wealth gap.
