Coupling Research On Sustainable Development Of Rural And Rural Tourism

Villages in the process of rapid urbanization in China experienced a long-term decline,and now ushered in the return value due to "urban disease",of which the development of rural tourism is a special kind of expression.The rural tourism in China has been in vibrant and diversified development under the strong promotion of the market,fast pull of the capital and policy support,while also facing commercialization homogenization,"enclave" and other problems.Problems of rural tourism are essentially the problems of the rural,which means rurality and rural tourism development is a set of propositions of the unity of opposites.Rural area is an open,dynamic space,experiencing dramatic evolution under the impact of urbanization and modern civilization,and meanwhile tourism has brought the introduction of special forces.Rural tourism on one hand takes rurality as the core attraction,but on the other hand its development reacts on the evolution of the village.Property of dependence coexist with impacts on rurality put rural tourism into "the development of self-destruction" cycle,so sustainable rural tourism needed a way out.Based on primary understanding of coupling relationship between rural tourism and rurality,starting from the rurality,with an emphasis on interaction between village and rural tourism,this research settled on the sustainable development of rural tourism,but also a special rural sustainable development.Firstly,we analyzed the structure of rurality and discussed the measurement of this concept,and then discusses the evolution paths in time dimension and different subjective construction from subject dimension.And then we analysed the effects that rural tourism sets on rurality,and made it clear what rurality means in tourism.Through analysis it made out that the symbiotic ecology of different subjects' constructions on rurality,is the inherent requirement of sustainable development of rural tourism.And practical roles of the different stakeholders in the development act on rurality,making it gradually developing towards different trends,either self-renewal and progress,or weakened and die.Therefore it's of great concern in the development of rural tourism to grasp the "degree" of rurality changes.Through the interactive mechanism model of rurality and rural tourism,this paper studied the mechanism of rural transition which rural tourism leads to,and think that protection of rurality is the core of sustainable development of rural tourism,as organization mode of the stakeholders is the intermediate variable between the two variables.Next,under the guidance of systems theory,according to cottiers' rights and status in the stakeholder's organization,the organization mode of rural tourism is classified into three types,as self-independent,the-other-dominant and cooperative rural tourism.And then we studied the right game of stakeholders and the rurality transition in taxonomy methods.Results shows that the self-independent and cooperative rural tourism will be more conducive to the sustainable development of rural tourism.Based on the above analysis,it was proposed that dynamic management of rurality is necessary for rural tourism sustainable development.Through combing the dynamic management mechanism model,four management focuses were identified,and among which the adjustment of Government is necessary and important.The intention and purpose of the rural tourism development,eventually settled in addressing rural issues,and balancing between urban and rural areas on the fair.And the key of way to realize the sustainable development of rural tourism,is to establish with the benefit-sharing mechanisms taking cottiers as the core,to safeguard the status of cottiers.Rural tourism not only need to development upward,but also to do good turns.The sustainability of rural tourism is not only the sustainability of rurality,but also the sustainability of “people” in rural areas.
