Research On The Quality Management Of Mobile Network Engineering Based On The Feedback Of Operation Problem

Communication operator is a communication network service provider, referring in particular to China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom in China.In the past few years, communication operators have taken a large amount of network engineering construction and up to tens of billions RMB has been invested in this field. These projects enlarge the network size of the communication operators and provide varied network services for customers for a short run. However, the short explosion of network size brings difficulty for operation in the later periods; corporations will suffer great damage in case of any problem in operation.The paper takes an example of China Mobile in a certain city to make an analysis of the problems it has collected during operation and to discover the main problems impairing corporate operation. It conducts further classified statistic for the problems and information so as to calculate the proportion of various causes leading to such problems, which will lay a foundation for quality management works taken according to Pareto’s Law.The paper makes an analysis for the current condition of network engineering quality management in the corporation on the basis of the statistic analysis results, considers problems existing in the network engineering quality management of corporation and proposes some recommendations for network engineering quality management.The paper has certain theoretical and practical significance in the research on the way to get feedback information from corporate operation as well as the analysis and improvement of quality management problems through customer satisfaction investigation.
