The rapid development of mobile Internet has a great impact on people’s life and traditional industries. It has changed people’s original consumption habits, thinking mode, life style, To A company and other traditional operators, it is an opportunity and a challenge. The traditional voice and short message service has gradually been replaced by the data service. People are eager to use the Internet at any time and place, which brings about a lot of demand and but brings great business opportunities. Especially when it comes into the 4G era, a strong network with more applications and needs can become possible. So the demand for mobile Internet business is booming. A company is a traditional telecom operators, which ’s faced with the threat of OTT service providers and the original competitors of China Telecom, China Unicom. How to seize the opportunity to expand and to promote mobile Internet business and occupy leading position in the competition has become a hot topic to A company.This paper uses the methods of theoretical research, questionnaire survey and case analysis. Make a in-depth analysis of the current status of A company in the development of the mobile Internet and the existing problems based on literature researches and the status of A; This paper also make a analysis of the current mobile Internet consumer behavior through the method of questionnaire to find out the demands for mobile Internet products; Besides, using PEST analysis, the five-force model analysis and SWOT analysis tools to carry out a targeted analysis of A company;At last,this paper puts forward some suggestions of mobile internet for A company according to the results of the analysis, in order to help A company continue to maintain the existing advantage in the mobile communications industry and get an invincible position in the mobile Internet business competition.
