With the development of the economic, the competition between enterprise is more and more heavy, the talent competition has become an important capital of enterprise competition, to recruiting high quality employees is of vital importance to the enterprise, but as the enterprise strength, complicated social environment and other factors’ influence,make the process of the recruiting meet some risk, and the risk threat the enterprise’s normal development seriously and even poses some risk to the enterprise. So it is necessary to study the risk of enterprise hiring.This article takes the Zibo SDXN company as an example, at first, make an study to the risk among the enterprise recruitment in the following aspects. The article make a generalizes to the related theory, and on this basis introduced the enterprise recruitment’s characteristics, basic flow、method、defined the recruiting and the present status of research on risk at home and abroad. Second, on the basis of recruitment definition, detailed analysis the problems of SDXN company, according to these problems, we constructed the system of recruitment process risk factors, and though the method of design the question of questionnaire to collect data and use statistical methods to get the screening factors, after the expert scoring, evaluate recruitment risk indicators through the cloud model. At last, to the risk beyond the recruitment of SDXN company, puts some forwards.The research obtained results as follows:The first, recruiting system and the mode the recruiting process two aspects are the main risk to the SDXN company recruiting risk.The specific performance has lack the effective supervision mechanism 、 do not use specialization means to recruitment 、 the recruitment contract need to further strengthen to ensure its rationality、the recruitment channels and job design need to complete、at the same time for the problem of recruiters’ not professional, need to be improved.The second, for the SDXN company’s recruitment risk, should control from recruitment mechanism 、 legal consciousness 、 recruiting team construction 、recruitment information management、scientific recruitment、recruitment channels and recruitment assessment and so on.The research result has certain practical significance to guide the SDXN company’s recruitment.
