With the rapid development of social economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.For many enterprises,talents have become the competing resources in each enterprise,especially for those start-ups whose development are not very stable,their desire for the talented employees is self-evident if they want sustainable development.But as the primary part to contact the staffs,recruitment is always affected by various factors thus easily to form recruitment risks,influencing the development of those enterprises.Therefore,in such a competitive environment,effective recruitment risk identification and evaluation are not only significant but also necessary to the start-ups,what's more,they are the important bases to adopt preventive measures to against risks,and only in this way can guarantee those start-ups a long-term development.The thesis takes this as the starting point,selecting the Chinese start-ups as the research object to study the main recruitment risks and designed to evaluate those risks effectively.The thesis mainly adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,quantitative analysis and cloud model to study the recruitment risks of Chinese start-ups,and it mainly covers four parts.The first part is the first chapter,which is the introduction of this thesis.It mainly introduces the research purpose and significance of this article,besides with the research status of recruitment risks at home and abroad,then briefly generalizes the research contents and methods of this thesis.The second part is the second chapter,which is the theoretical basis,mainly includes the introduction of enterprise recruitment and recruitment risks,besides with the theory of enterprise life cycle,Person-Job matching and information asymmetry.The third part is the third chapter to fifth chapter,including the adoption of open questionnaire and interview method to determine the initial risk index system,and on this basis to design a formal questionnaire,through the questionnaire data collection and the use of SPSS 19.0,completing a preliminary analysis and building up the start-ups recruitment risk index system,then using the cloud model to do the risks evaluation,what's more,this part studied the start-ups recruitment risks' grades and finally some targeted risks prevention measures were put forward.The fourth part is the sixth chapter,which is the research conclusion and prospect,summarizing the research conclusions and deficiencies of this thesis,and then prospecting the future research of the thesis.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows: Firstly,found 12 recruitment risk indexes of the start-ups,through the cloud model to determine that the comprehensive risk level is relatively large,so it should be attached great importance.Secondly,based on the factor analysis and risk evaluation,the thesis determined the largest recruitment risks influenced on the start-ups are “position requirements deviation risk” and “the recruiters' professional quality risk”,enterprises should give emphasis on them;Thirdly,put forward some preventive measures to the main causes of the staff recruitment risk,providing certain reference and showing good practical significance to the start-ups for their smoothly recruitment process.
