The 21st century's economy is based on knowledge, so human resource management has become the focus of company management. Recruitment determines the quantity, quality and structure formation of human resources, so recruitment is the prerequisite and basis of human resource management and an important guarantee for organizations to achieve its goal. Recruitment is a foundation of employees'good quality. The recruitment effect has direct impact on personnel-post-fit in organizations, and has further impact on the quality of employees. Thus, studying on the factors which affect the recruitment effect has become especially important. At present, research on the factors has only focused on several factors, but no systematic study of this subject.Based on this, this subject has great practical and theoretical value. This paper aims to analyze the factors in a systematic point of view, and how these factors affect recruitment effect, and then make some corresponding suggestions for organizations.In this paper, a combination of normative research and empirical study is applied. Many factors are induced and deduced based on the literature's collecting, sorting and analyzing. In this study, the questionnaire object is the employees who are experienced at recruitment, and the SPSS software is used to do factor analysis. In the analysis, eight factors are extracted which have the greatest impact on the recruitment effect.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, the two main conclusions are made: one is that eight factors have the most influential effect on recruitment: testing technology, human-related factors, recruitment tactic, recruitment preparation, evaluation criteria,organizational characteristics, employment concepts, company attraction,each factor contains 2-5 sub-factors,these factors together constitute the influential factors;the other conclusion is that five sub-factors have the greatest impact on the recruitment effect: the pay and benefits, corporate social image and reputation, job responsibilities and the post eligibility, applicants moral evaluation, the recruiters own expertise. On this basis, this paper proposes some suggestions to improve staff recruitment effect according to each fator.
