As an important part of the economic development of social industry,electric power industry is currently in the state of national macro-control,so the price advantage of electric power industry has been difficult to play a competitive advantage.In view of this,in order to achieve sustainable development and profit growth in the fierce market environment,the power industry needs to seek a new business model to change the problems and shortcomings of traditional human resource performance appraisal,and further improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.For modern enterprises,the key point of implementing performance appraisal is to improve the efficiency of human resource management,reduce the cost of human management,standardize the rank operation of internal organization departments,enhance the cohesion and work efficiency of employees,and then create more Productivity benefitsIn this paper,by using the methods of literature research and case analysis,and taking MW company as the case goal,as a power generation enterprise in a first tier city in China,the company has a long operating background,so it has a good research representativeness This paper discusses the feasibility of applying KPI and 360 degree performance appraisal methods to the performance appraisal of MW company.First of all,this paper briefly summarizes the research background,significance,domestic and foreign literature research,content framework and research methods of this paper;then,it introduces the concept and relevant basic theories of KPI and 360 degree performance appraisal;then,it makes case analysis and systematic discussion on the current performance appraisal situation of MW company,so as to meet the current performance appraisal of MW company The problems of single performance appraisal method,poor internal communication and failure of performance appraisal information feedback,etc.,are analyzed by combining KPI appraisal method with 360 degree performance appraisal,establishing corresponding appraisal indexes and methods,and analyzing the feasibility scheme of KPI+360 degree,so as to provide more effective performance appraisal scheme for MW company.Finally,on the basis of the above research,according to the actual needs of MW company,this paper discusses the feasibility of the application of performance appraisal based on the Balanced Scorecard KPI and 360 degree combination in MW,and gives relevant suggestions,including focusing on the assessment cycle management,establishing a corporate culture conducive to performance appraisal communication,and establishing an efficient performance appraisal feedback mechanism.At the same time,this study hopes that it can provide reference for human resource management and enterprise performance evaluation management of other domestic electric power enterprises,and play a good role in promoting the overall national economy and enterprise innovation and development.
