Small And Medium Enterprises Technology Innovation Strategies Of The New Normal

Since the reform and opening up, especially since the 15th, China’s rapid development of SMEs in the party’s position and role in the national economy has become increasingly prominent, has made gratifying achievements, important contribution to economic and social development of the force. SME output value and profits are very considerable, become a driving force of economic new growth, providing 75% of urban employment opportunities, successfully ease the employment pressure, maintaining social stability, SMEs continue to provide technical support for the economic development of innovative SMEs to complete 65% of China’s invention patents,75% of enterprise innovation and more than 80% of new product development, such as Huawei, Alibaba, etc., is the main force of scientific and technological progress and deepen the reform of the main driving force. Nevertheless, the country is now facing some challenges SMEs in general, favor the development of SMEs in the golden age is over, some of the original gradually lose their competitive advantage, China’s manufacturing industry encountered a bottleneck. In recent years, the development of SMEs in China is also facing difficulties in financing, information asymmetry, poor management, technological innovation, lack of motivation, social service system is not perfect and other problems to be solved, at the same time, China’s economic development has entered a new norm, a rule is economic growth from the rapid growth into a high-speed growth, optimization and upgrading of economic structure, growth momentum driven by the elements into innovation-driven. Environment for SME development dramatic change, look to the future, SMEs only accurate understanding of the new normal, take the initiative to adapt to the new normal, and grasp the opportunity and accept the challenge to embark on a new innovation, intelligent green industrial transformation and upgrading of development. However, small and medium enterprises how to break in the new normal economic problems of technological innovation, and seeking long-term development strategy has become a matter of concern, the paper choose the Technical Innovation Countermeasures under the New Normal, aimed at enhancing our small new normal enterprise technology innovation capacity suggestions.Paper consists of six parts, it took a progressive argument. The first part elaborated under the new normal SME Technology Innovation in China research background and significance, summarized and analyzed the research status, contents and methods, and explains the innovation of this paper; the second part is the technology innovation of SMEs an overview of the theory, aimed at further study later theoretical foundation; third part mainly elaborated under the new normal environment faced by SMEs in technological innovation complex nature, as well as the basic principles and under the new normal technological innovation of SMEs to be followed; part IV describes the innovation of SMEs in the presence of the new normal issues, and on this basis to create a macro and micro reasons related issues conducted in-depth analysis; the fifth part is the core of this paper, under the proposed new normal increase of SMEs specific measures the ability of technological innovation proposals; section 6 concludes and outlook, on the one hand to give a summary of the above studies, on the other hand pointed out the direction for future research.
