The Economy Research Of Natural Gas Power Generation

With the rapid development of our social economy,the demand for electricity is continually growing, the restriction of environment and energy is increasingly obvious, the government gradually began to attach importance to efficient clean natural gas.Now, presents the natural gas price fluctuations and not perfect pricing system in our country, makes the gas power generation does not reach the ideal state.This topic research has the very strong practical significance and reference value for the feed-in tariff pricing policy.In this paper,the research content mainly includes four aspects.Firstly,elaborated our country current energy situation,gas power generation development and research status at home and abroad,introduced the working principle of gas-steam cycle units and its advantages.Then has carried on the comprehensive evaluation of gas power generation project,using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight coefficient of the selected evaluation index,by establishing the mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of to obtain the evaluation results.After evaluation,technology, environmental protection,economic and comprehensive ways,In addition to the economy is good other indicators are optimal.So this article further analyzed the gas power generation efficiency,Considering the bad economic related to ignored its superior environmental protection,And using the conventional calculation methods of pollutants emission rates combined with environmental value standard to monetize environmental benefit,to estimate the relative to the conventional coal gas generation of environmental value is 0.127 yuan/(kW·h),relative to coal desulfurization with the environmental value of 4.849 cents/(kW·h).And introduces exergy concept to to evaluate environmental benefit,the method of analysis it is concluded that this method is currently only evaluate the influence of pollutants to the environment,and can’t realize environmental benefits be monetized.To estimate the environmental value included in the gas power feed-in tariff,comprehensive tax and after-tax profit budget out reasonable price range of the grid (0.80004-0.81578 yuan per kW·h),and the sensitive analysis of the influence factors of the feed-in tariff,and then Suggestions are provided for the establishment of a feed-in tariff.
