Land circulation is not only the inherent requirement of China’s urban and rural economic development, but also the important choice of China’s agricultural modernization. Especially for the remote mountainous area, rural land circulation will greatly promote the coordinated economic and social development in urban and rural areas, accelerate the level of agriculture modernization in remote mountainous areas and pull the majority of farmers out of poverty, which has a very important significance in economic and social development. With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China, the land circulation has become an important factor in affecting the economic development of urban and rural areas. On the one hand, the land circulation has a very important significance for the rural economic development and the realization of agricultural modernization and the increase of farmers’ income. On the other hand, the land circulation has an important influence on the rural population’s urban mobility and industrial interaction development, and has a more and more important influence on the development of the city. The development of land circulation is not only restricted by the level of urban and rural economic development, but also in turn affects the development of urban and rural economy. In terms of the overall trend of domestic land circulation, although domestic land transfer showed a trend of rapid development, but regional differences is very obvious, the overall performance of the land circulation in eastern region is more rapidly and higher rate.while, the land circulation in central and western regions is relatively slow, land circulation rate is relatively low, especially in the remote mountain areas of central and western regions, affected by the economic and social development in a variety of factors, the development of land transfer more slowly, contradictions and problems is more and more outstanding. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to research the land circulation in the remote mountainous areas.This paper, based on the perspective of the rural land circulation in the remote mountainous areas, studies the rural land circulation, and analyzes the case of Yi Zhou City, Guang Xi Province, which is a backward mountainous area. Finally, put forward the policy recommendations to promote the development of land circulation in Yi Zhou city. Mainly includes the following five parts:The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research results on the land circulation, research methods and the basic framework of this paper, as well as innovation and deficiencies.The second part is about the concept, theory and national policy of land circulation. Including rural land circulation, forms, principles and significance of land circulation, the theoretical basis of land circulation, policies review of land circulation.The third part is the case analysis of Yi Zhou city land circulation, including the general situation of Yi Zhou economic development, the causes of land circulation, the current situation, the existing problems and the causes of these problems.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions of the land circulation in the remote mountainous areas, mainly from three aspects of the construction and improvement of the legal system for the government,the maintenance of the rights and interests of farmers and promote the construction of the service system of the land circulation market.The fifth part is the conclusion and Prospect of this paper. In view of the above research and analysis of the land circulation in the remote mountainous areas, this paper puts forward the future development direction of the land circulation in the future and the next research direction.
