Ltd, introduced the material procurement management system setting, supplier management of in the process of bidding and employ two methods of bidding as well as analyzes its existing problems:one is for the evaluation system of the technical index of the enterprise in the process of bidding is not comprehensive; Secondly, the current application of the construction and the procurement system are lack of effectiveness and differentiation; Thirdly, the procurement process lacks a comprehensive system supporting the institutional construction; Fourthly, is some electrical equipment bidding practice is disconnecting the actual demand. Then through a careful study of the related to the material procurement of power enterprise and evaluation the related papers, and extract the related theory knowledge and evaluation methods to this paper. To come out of the theory on the basis of combining with the actual situation of Beijing Changping, set up the Beijing Changping company supplies procurement performance evaluation index system accordingly.This article finally to come up with a comprehensive evaluation of Beijing Changping power company material purchasing system operation effect.
