Electronic commerce is the product of information age, based on electronic data transmission technology for business activities. Electronic commerce can speed up the production and sales in crowded vast China. Agriculture is different from other industries, has strong seasonality and regional. It needs good logistics system which both high efficiency and low price. In Xiangxi, people adhere to the traditional agricultural management idea. How to make good together with agricultural and e-commerce is Important topic to develop agricultural informatization.This paper studies the Xiangxi agricultural e-commerce platform. First of all, this paper studies the basic characteristics of e-commerce, analyzes the basic structure of e-commerce system, including information module, logistics module, payment module and security module. Then, this paper analyzes the general pattern of e-commerce, including B2B, B2C, C2C and 020 model, which provides the theoretical support for the follow-up study.Then, this paper studies the B2C and 020 two modes of agricultural e-commerce platform, and combined with the domestic more typical cases-good food network and thousands of fresh exchange for a comparative analysis. On this basis, combined with actual situation of Xiangxi to carry on the optimization of agricultural business platform mode selection analysis, proposed only o2o mode to adapt to characteristics of Xiangxi’s point of view, and to build a plan for the construction of Xiangxi agricultural o2o business model.At the end of this paper, on the basis of demand analysis and business modeling of Xiangxi agricultural e-commerce platform is designed and implemented. Showing some of the operating interface, and the shopping cart module function realization are introduced in detail. The platform abandoned the current e-commerce platform popular "go big" view, put forward the independent "delivery station" mode, overcome the adverse effects of the third party logistics prescription on agricultural products trade.
