With the development of organizational behavior, relationship between the employees work values and job performance is becoming the one of research areas. Foreign Study on relationship between the employees work values and job performance is significantly earlier than the domestic research and studies to be more mature and perfect than domestic. Especially in the work values for the study of antecedents even more so, therefore, this study tried to work as an antecedent variable values to study the effects of work values on job performance, with a view to the research in the field of a certain role in promoting.At present, the new generation of employees after 80 and 90 in our country has gradually become the main force for enterprise development. The new generation of employees with good knowledge, skills and innovation ability has become a valuable resource for business growth and development, therefore, in order to better attract, motivate and retain the new generation of talents, human resource management is necessary to develop the relevant systems and corporate culture to meet the needs of the new generation of employees.In this paper, the new generation of employees as the research object, based on the review previous work values and job performance studies, discusses the relationship between the new generation of employees work values and job performance, as well as the new generation of employees of different demographic variables in work values difference on job performance, then come to the following conclusions:1) the values of the new generation of employees working in five dimensions:altruistic dedication, reputation status, relationships, the relationship between the performance of all have a significant positive role in promoting security and stability and career development no significant effect on relationship performance; 2) the values of the new generation of employees working in five dimensions:prestige status, career development, and security and stability of the three dimensions of task performance have a significant positive role in promoting altruistic dedication and interpersonal relationships on task performance was no significant impact; 3) the values of the new generation of employees working in five dimensions:altruistic dedication, reputation and career development status three dimensions of learning performance has a positive role in promoting security and stability of relationships and no significant effect on learning performance.Follow the new generation of employees work values to guide their career development plan, thus improving business performance of this study is the starting point and ending point. This study was to investigate the effects of expected values of the new generation of employees to work on their job performance through questionnaires and empirical analysis, I hope our country specific cultural background based on a quantitative analysis of the results, the new generation of employees from starting work values provide effective management advice and measures in order to improve business performance, and enterprise managers and researchers work values subsequent in-depth study has far-reaching significance.
