The State-owned Forest Area In Heilongjiang Province Local Area Spatial Statistical Analysis Of The Difference Of The Economy

In different countries and regions in different stage of its development in different regions in economy there is a certain degree of difference, and China is a vast territory, different resources endowment and the regional economic basis although have different powers from founding to different stages, such as reform and opening in China put forward the corresponding countermeasures for economic differences, but because of various subjective and objective factors such as natural resources, factors of production and industrial structure, etc., especially China’s regional economic differences remain. In forestry and the current environment worse and worse, our country also to certain policy protection, from natural protection engineering issue to natural protection project phase ii makes commercial forest to cut down gradually reduce, natural endowments geographic advantage of different forest area gradually began to show its forestry regional economic differences, which cannot be fully balanced development of forestry economy.In this paper, the regional economic theory and spatial statistical method of combining the research way, find new way of state-owned forest area in Heilongjiang province economic development. In state-owned forest region of Heilongjiang province local economic development from 2004 to 2014, after the dynamic analysis, the factors of local economic development of state-owned forest in Heilongjiang province differences are analyzed. Then using geographic information system software ArcGIS and spatial econometric software GeoDa provide spatial analysis function of 1998 to 2014, the state-owned forest area in Heilongjiang province local economic space dynamic evolution process of empirical analysis and research of statistics. Use perfect ESDA method namely, Moran, I index, Moran scatter diagram and LISA significance level diagram, the state-owned forest area in Heilongjiang province by spatial autocorrelation analysis revealed local economic development is not a random state but correlation, and through the spatial agglomeration features reflect the local economic development difference phenomenon of state-owned forest in Heilongjiang province. In according to the local economic development based on the research of the differences of using spatial regression model of the influence factors of the economic differences caused by the spatial regression empirical analysis research, for the state-owned forest area in Heilongjiang province of coordinated development of local economy, put forward rational countermeasures and Suggestions.
