This thesis firstly analyzed the basic situation of TL bank Shanghai branch. TL bank is a typical municipal commercial bank which is in its trans-regional developing stage, positioning on micro-enterprise financial services. TL Bank Shanghai Branch was established nearly three years and had replicated the business model. With the rapid expansion of the organization and personnel, problems such as shortsighted operation objectives, lack of capacity at all levels and employee dissatisfaction appeared gradually, which imperil their profitability directly. These problems came from the different regions cultural conflict, fall behind cultural pattern, hence analysis and targeted change of organizational culture should be the solution.In chapter II introduced the concept of corporate culture, as well as its type and its measurement, correlation analysis with TL Bank Shanghai Branch current situation, and how an enterprise should be in accordance with its own characteristics using the appropriate corporate culture.The first chapter introduced the basic situation and existing problems of TL bank Shanghai branch; Chapter II introduced the concept of corporate culture, as well as its type and its measurement, and then introduces the characteristics of the excellent enterprise culture and the match of enterprise development stage; The third chapter presented measurement tools, and chose the Chatman OCP scale to measure the enterprise culture of TL bank Shanghai branch. It was shown that the lack of humanized management reduced staff loyalty, the lack of clear and objective criteria in award and penalty suppressed staff enthusiasm, the missing geographical advantage needed localization adjustment which lack of innovation culture supporting. The fourth chapter contrasted the result and ideal situation, analyzed the causes of the gap, proposed the way of enterprise culture change.At the end of the article, the thesis and the existing problems were summarized, and the further research were expected.
