This thesis firstly describes the core of talent strategy and direction of the S bank on the basis of the new architecture, new strategic background after the integration of the two banks. In accordance with the requirements of the strategic development of qualified personnel of S Bank, S bank put forward personnel training objectives with business strategy as the starting point to train a higher urgency specialised management talent.Compare to the management training students training program with the industry in the past, the core of S Bank management talent training mechanism is "job competency model". According to the general steps to establish competency model, the job competency model is made by using theoretical research and empirical research and a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.Taking full advantage of the S Bank regionalization operational superiority platform, further exploration personnel training mechanism derived based on the competency model, including the assessment and recruitment of candidates, training structures, incentive pay program determined as well as the performance of the formulation and implementation of performance management.Through this research and exploration, the human resources management theory can be effectively applied to human resource management practices in the joint-stock commercial banks. It can solve the problem of form a scientific assessment of certain types of job talent, and form a overall talent training mechanism around the post competency model. Moreover, it can provide a guideline for establishing strategic personnel training system in domestic joint-stock commercial banks.
