Recently, the global PCB continues to migrate to Asia especially China, mainland China has quickly become electronic products and PCB production country. Thus improve the quality of PCB manufacturing in our country not only to help for pcb industry’s stronger, but also can produce huge economic benefits.In this paper, mainly describe the theory of total quality management, analyzes the present situation of the application of total quality management theory and V company introduces the problems that existing in the total quality management when input the TQM, explain the practice teaching, case and further improve the method, and further get a comprehensive understanding of total quality management in the process of practice, and finally fully used in the production process. Through the implementation of total quality management, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the end.The main content is use drilling process in V Company as example to further study on TQM, firstly describe the current problems that the enterprises are faced, and put forward the necessity of application of total quality management, general situations and development at home and abroad in this paper.
