In recent years, with the express business volume growth, increasingly fierce competition between the domestic express industry, establish a scientific and reasonable logistics distribution center is to maintain the core competitiveness of the key factors express enterprises. However, the various express enterprises in the process of the construction of logistics distribution center such as insufficient project planning, function orientation is not clear, personnel division of labor is not clear, the project schedule management enforcement is not strong, the lack of coordination control ability to the project schedule. Therefore, the author combined with their own work experience, follow the project schedule management theory, through the center of south China logistics company E project progress plan and control aspect of the case study, theory with practice, provides reference for the similar project schedule management.This article first to the selected topic background, significance, reviewed the existing researches at home and abroad, this paper introduces the research methods and main research content of this article. Secondly, combining with E company south China logistics center project in specific case, analyze the present situation of the application of construction project management, through the project of E company logistics project schedule, project implementation were analyzed, and found that the problems exist in the process of the project schedule management and the basic idea, using the program review technique (PERT) and critical chain technology (CCPM) combined with the progress of the management model, to E company south China logistics center construction project progress management puts forward the improved method, the optimized adjustment scheme of the original project schedule. Finally, in order to guarantee the optimized project progress plan can effectively be born, formulate the corresponding safeguard, before the start of the project, project, after the completion of the project in all stages of the E company in south China logistics center project schedule control.
