In recent years,with the improvement of the lever of production automation,enterprise's demand for material supply in time and beat is increasingly strong,services in the enterprise logistics distribution center came into being.Qishuyan Company as a traditional mechanical manufacturing enterprises,picking material supply system model has been unable to meet the locomotive beat intensive production requirements,there is an urgent need to construction a automation,informatization and modernization of the distribution center.Distribution center construction project is the company's strategic investment projects,the original functions of the management has been unable to meet the terms of the project schedule management requirements.Scientific project schedule management technology has gained a wealth results in the engineering construction field,is an effective means of project schedule management.This paper reviews the theory of project management,including project management,project schedule management,schedule control,network planning technology and critical chain theory;then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of PERT,CPM and CCPM in the process duration estimation,and established a schedule management model that combined PERT,CPM and CCPM method;Next taking Qishuyan company distribution center construction project as an example,analysed the problem of analogy estimation method,CPM and other schedule management technology in the project schedule management,and then using the theoretical model to improve the schedule management of distribution center construction project,with theoretical deduction way verify the effect of comprehensive application method,provide a reference for similar project schedule management.
