| With the rapid development of information technology, management information system has been applied deeply to all aspects, such as infrastructure construction, government management, economic operation and aerospace technology. By CITIC Bohai Aluminum Holdings Limited’ field research and my years of work experience in the company, found that CITIC Bohai Aluminum’ subsidiaries and factories lack of information correlation between internal and external units, the company’s information management has been in a loose constructed, many systems are independently built, and they cannot form an organic whole. Hence, it’s urgent to establish a suitable information management integration scheme for the development of CITIC Bohai Aluminum. In this paper, through the analysis of related literature both at home and abroad on management information system, we used literature analysis, case study and quantitative analysis to build the integration of CITIC Bohai Aluminum’ management information systems, and the results have a strong theoretical and practical significance.The main contents are as follows:Firstly, we summarized the current status of the management information system and its integration theory in practice development both at home and abroad, by analyzing we proposed some current urgent problems in theory and practice.Secondly, on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign management information system integration theory, we researched and analyzed the status quo of CITIC Bohai Aluminum’ management information system, and put forward the existing shortcomings and problems based on the status quo.Finally, According to CITIC Bohai Aluminum as the research case, we built the integration of the enterprise’ management information system programs and implementation strategies, and put forward budget input to the system and normal operation safeguards according to the conclusions. We desired the integration effect can play a positive role to the company’s management operations. |
