| Aiming to build an international competitive and multinational energy & chemical company, each oil field of SINOPEC has been vigorously implementing the “talent thriving enterprise†strategy to promote the further development of oversea markets. Compared to other oil fields, Henan oil field started late but it makes some starting point and therefore paid more attention to the cultivation of internationalized talents. In recent years, Henan oilfield has obtained the rapid development of overseas markets, each team also accumulated certain overseas management experience in exercise, however, the international talents are still insufficient, especially the language communication is generally weak which cannot satisfy the need of further expand overseas markets, just as pointed at the talent conference of the group company. Therefore, we should cultivate a large number of qualified personnel for international business development as soon as possible based on personnel analysis, focusing on improving intercultural communication ability, attending training, participating in the actual combat, perfecting the training system and innovating the training forms and methods. How to do a good job of language training for international talents, for each big oilfield is a very important subject.This essay analyzes the status quo of Henan oilfield staff, especially the status quo of international talents; judges the experiences and shorts in the training of international talents; the combined with recent years training experience; analyzed the problems and reasons of the language communication that overseas construction teams, domestic professional technical, managerial personnel and operating personnel exists at present; explore the ideas and methods of the international talent training pattern for international talents from training forms, training methods, teaching materials, evaluation system mechanism and incentive mechanism and so on. |
