Research On The Identification Of Migrant Workers

Going out work is the fashionable alternative and complementary livelihood in present countryside, which plays an important role in people’s existence and life. According to the investigation on the migrant workers in Baimuke village of Yunnan province, known since 1990 s,the number of migrants in the village has gradually increased, and by the males out gradually transformed into a personal outing, husband and wife go out, the whole family out. It takes the global economic transition as the background, with convenient transportation for out conditions.It’s the result of the single resource in the output place is difficult to meet the contradiction between the internal demand of individuals and families. And the demographic characteristics and flow characteristics are formed in the process of labor transfer. There are many kinds of working situation in Baimuke, such as perennial working outside, flowing at hometown and working place, working in the local towns, and have been migrant workers but farming at home now. Due to the difference between personal circumstances, family conditions and the working situation, their spiritual identification, living identification and settlement identification are also different. This article will be based on the foundation, path and results of the identification to analyze the different types of migrant workers’ layered identification, on the basis, the further analysis of the reasons for people to choose the identification object and the opportunity to identify, finally comes to the conclusion that migrant workers’ objective livelihood needs and subjective of city life identification brings the empty village.
